This advanced course builds on the foundational “Overcoming Imposter Syndrome” training, looking more closely at the psychological, systemic and workplace factors that sustain self-doubt. Advanced CBT, ACT and mindfulness techniques help participants examine how perfectionism, ethical dilemmas and professional hierarchies feed imposter syndrome. Interactive activities such as guided reflection, structured exercises and chat-based discussion help each participant create a personal resilience plan, with no breakout groups.
