Participants will explore the core principles of effective couples therapy, including communication enhancement, conflict resolution, and fostering emotional connection. The session introduces key theoretical frameworks, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Imago Therapy, and the Gottman Method, alongside practical interventions that can be immediately applied in practice. Clinicians will develop skills to address common relational dynamics, identify systemic patterns, and support couples in building healthy, resilient partnerships.
