“Hot Flashes, Cool Strategies: Grace and Grit” is a professional training designed to empower mental health clinicians with the tools and knowledge to support clients navigating the complexities of menopause. Participants will explore the four phases of menopause and their profound hormonal impacts on physical, psychological, emotional, and social health. This course emphasizes the importance of destigmatizing menopause and fostering client empowerment through evidence-based strategies. Attendees will gain practical skills to equip clients with effective tools for managing menopause symptoms and will analyze real-world case studies to deepen their understanding of intervention techniques. By addressing menopause as both a challenge and an opportunity for growth, this training prepares clinicians to guide clients through this transformative life stage with confidence and compassion.
