This is a hands-on training designed to equip therapists with practical EFT (tapping) strategies to help clients regulate anxiety quickly and effectively. Rooted in energy psychology and cognitive-behavioral principles, Emotional Freedom Technique is a body-based intervention that combines gentle acupressure tapping with focused affirmations to reduce distress and promote emotional balance. This workshop will introduce the neuroscience behind EFT, demonstrate its use in brief therapy settings, and provide step-by-step guidance for integrating tapping techniques into clinical practice. Through live demonstrations and experiential practice, you will gain confidence in using EFT as a powerful tool to support clients in managing anxiety, breaking negative thought patterns, and fostering a sense of calm in daily life.
