This course is an experiential workshop for clinicians looking to integrate creative, body-based, and sensory modalities into trauma treatment. Together we will explore the therapeutic power of expressive arts—including visual art, movement, writing, music, and drama—to help clients safely process and transform traumatic experiences. We will engage in hands-on exercises and practical demonstrations to learn how creative interventions can bypass verbal barriers, regulate the nervous system, and foster resilience. By the end of the webinar, you will have a toolkit of innovative, trauma-informed techniques to support your clients in reclaiming their stories and healing through artistic expression.
