This course delves into the critical dimensions of ethical and legal conduct in the supervisor supervisee relationship, providing participants with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate complex situations in their supervisory roles. Through an examination of professional competency standards, emotional and intellectual competence, the unique challenges of tele supervision, and defining anticipatory guidance and how to use it with supervisees, participants will be equipped to foster effective supervisory practices.

Objective #1: Examine ethical and legal conduct in the supervisee/supervisor relationship. o Define the ten activities required for ethical supervision.
- Identify the major ethical issues related to supervision.
- Process ethical challenges through case studies.
Objective #2: Address supervisees who do not meet professional competency standards – what do you do?
