Effective clinical supervision is essential for the professional development of supervisees and for ensuring ethical, high-quality client care. This 2-hour highly interactive training is designed to help clinical supervisors enhance their supervisory skills, deepen their relational attunement, and refine their ability to navigate complex supervision dynamics. Through interactive exercises, reflective discussions, and open dialogue, participants will strengthen their supervisory competence, increase self-awareness, and gain practical tools to enhance their supervisory practice. This training is designed for both novice and experienced clinical supervisors across various mental health disciplines.

Introduction: Clinical supervision is a multifaceted process that involves much more than monitoring case notes and ensuring ethical compliance. At its best, supervision fosters professional development, enhances relational attunement, and supports supervisees in exploring complex clinical dynamics. However, it also presents challenges, including navigating power imbalances, addressing ethical dilemmas, and managing supervisee resistance.
