Group supervision is a rich, shared setting where supervisees learn from their own experiences and from watching and working with supervisors and peers. This lunch-n-learn treats group supervision as a shared learning space that supports professional growth, critical reflection and mutual support. Clinicians study relational and developmental dynamics specific to groups, such as balancing safety with challenge, using feedback among peers, and the supervisor’s part in guiding inclusive, growth-minded conversation. Practical strategies cover building group cohesion, working through interpersonal friction and drawing on the group’s collective wisdom to raise clinical competence. Discussion and case examples show how group supervision deepens learning, strengthens professional identity and encourages a culture of reflective practice. New and experienced clinical supervisors, and professionals from all helping fields, are welcome.
