Moments of deep joy, insight and transcendence, known as peak experiences, matter greatly for psychological well-being and personal growth. This webinar looks at the psychology behind peak experiences, drawing on humanistic psychology, positive psychology and neuroscience to explain their transformative effect. You will learn to help clients cultivate, integrate and sustain these moments to strengthen resilience, meaning and life satisfaction. Experiential exercises and case discussion provide practical strategies for helping clients reach and apply peak experiences for lasting benefit.
