This foundational grief workshop is designed to help participants build a deeper understanding of the complex nature of grief and loss. Through a compassionate and informative approach, the course defines grief in its many forms, exploring common types and causes—from death and divorce to job loss and life transitions. Participants will examine key models of grief, including the stages and processes individuals may experience, and learn about supportive interventions that can aid in healing. The course highlights the wide range of emotional, physical, cognitive, and behavioral responses to grief, promoting greater awareness and empathy.. This webinar provides practical tools and thoughtful perspectives for navigating grief with sensitivity and respect.

Licensed in both New Jersey and New York, Rolanda is EMDR-trained and grief-informed, offering specialized support for trauma, loss, and emotional recovery.
