This training is for clinicians seeking to expand their therapeutic toolkit for working with grief and loss. This training will explore creative, expressive-arts-based approaches to grief therapy, such as art, journaling, movement, ritual, and music, to help clients express and process their emotions in ways that go beyond verbal expression. You will learn how these creative interventions can facilitate emotional release, deepen self-awareness, and support clients in finding meaning and transformation through their grief. Through experiential exercises and practical strategies, you will leave with new tools to integrate into their practice to help clients heal and honor their grief in unique and empowering ways.
