Is CEUs OnDemand approved in my state/for my license?

How do I purchase a subscription?
Please visit our Pricing page and select the subscription you would like to purchase (1-YR, 2-YR, Lifetime) and follow the prompts for payment. You will receive three emails confirming your purchase and your account information.
How does a subscription work?

How do I complete a course and download my certificate?
Once you have paid for the subscription, you will automatically be enrolled in ALL of our courses. You can click "continue study" for the course you wish to complete which will open the course page. You can access and complete each lesson within the course structure, complete the quiz and evaluation, and upon successful completion, your certificate will be in your dashboard. This will be in a PDF format so you will be able to print or save the document for your purposes.
Can I print my course materials?
Yes! Each course provides a PDF of the presentation slides and any handouts the instructor has provided for you to use as a reference and for notetaking and reference while completing the quiz.
What do I do if I have questions, problems, or concerns about my subscription our courses?
You can reach out to our admin team. We are available Mon-Friday from 9-5 pm ET and Saturday from 9-12 pm ET. Our number is 919-355-6236. If you receive our voicemail, this means we are helping another customer so please leave us a message with your name, email, order number and the nature of your call and we will get back to you within 24 business hours. You can also reach us at admin@ceus-ondemand.com with the same information and we will reply within 24 business hours. Note: our office hours are in Eastern Standard Time.
Do I need to complete a course in one sitting?
Our courses are self-directed, which allows you to complete them on your own time and at your own pace. You can stop and start the course; however, you will need to make note of where you stopped the video, as it will restart when you return to the course, and you will need to fast-forward to your last point of viewing. Once you start the quiz, you will need to complete it in one sitting. But don't worry, if you don't pass it the first time, you can reset the test and retake it until you pass it (70% or higher)!
Do I need to pass a quiz to get my certificate?
Yes. Our approving bodies require that you pass a quiz with a score of 70% or higher and complete a brief evaluation to complete the course and obtain the certificate. Don't fret! You can use the course materials (PDF) as a reference and retake the quiz until you pass it!
How do I complete a quiz?
The quiz is built into the lesson and you will easily be able to determine how to select the option as you progress through the course.
What if I don't pass my quiz?
You are able to retake the test until you are able to pass it.
Do you report my CE hours to CE Broker or my State Board?
No. We do not report your hours. Learners are responsible for doing so which is why we have made it so easy to keep ALL of your completed courses/certificates in one place (your dashboard) for your reference as needed!
Do you have accommodations for my disability?
All of our products are virtual and can be accessed on your device of choice. To make the words bigger or smaller when reading materials on our site, hold down the Ctrl key and hit the + or – key to adjust text size, to increase/decrease the size of the images on any webpage. To return the view to normal, hold down the Ctrl key and hit O (zero) – the size of the image will revert to the original size.
All course documents are presented as Adobe files (PDF) allowing you to change the size of the document. Choose the hamburger menu (Windows) or the File menu (macOS) > Print. From the Page Sizing & Handling menu, select Custom Scale. Enter the percentage you want to magnify or reduce the PDF. You can save the document in the larger format.

What if I don't like my course?
We pride ourselves on our product! If you are dissatisfied with a course for any reason, we will remove it from your account. As this is an unlimited subscription for the period you have purchased (1-YR, 2-YR, or Lifetime) you are not “charged” for the course and can choose another one. We would appreciate your specifics regarding your displeasure with the course if you feel comfortable sharing this with us so that we can better improve our products.
What is your grievance policy?
CEUs On Demand, LLC will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, course content, and in the treatment of customers. The monitoring and assessment of compliance with these standards will be the responsibility of the Social Work Consultant, Stacy Blankenship, LCSW. When a grievance arises pertaining to continuing education programs or processes, the complainant is expected to notify Customer Care (cetrainingworkshops@gmail.com) by email as soon as possible, so that the concern may be addressed by the Social Work Consultant and in a timely fashion.
If the Social Work Consultant cannot immediately resolve the issue, they will bring the complaint to The Director of Continuing Education and CEO, Lorna Vanden Heuvel, LCSW, LCAS. Maximum effort and care will be taken to uphold the confidentiality of the complainant. The Director of Continuing Education and CEO will formulate a response to the complaint and recommend action if necessary, which will be conveyed directly to the complainant. A grievance concerning a specific course offering, content, or costs may be resolved by modifications to future offerings, and/or by providing a partial or full refund to the complainant, or an alternative opportunity. The participant who initiated the grievance is informed of the status of his/her complaint at all levels.
What is your privacy policy?
CEUs OnDemand values your privacy and never sells or gives email addresses or other contact information to third parties. We have occasionally sent email surveys to our customers to improve our services, however, we manage the email list and do not provide it to any other party or agency.
CEUs OnDemand uses a secure URL (https://) for all payment information.
What do I do if I cannot open my certificate?
The certificate is generated automatically after you have received a passing score (70% or better) on an exam and completed all questions in the course evaluation. The most common reason for a learner not being able to print a certificate is having skipped the course evaluation or some of the questions on the course evaluation. The evaluations are required by our accrediting bodies and our system is set up to only award CE credit to learners who earn a passing score on the exam (70% or better) AND complete the entire course evaluation.
Can I reprint my certificate?
To reprint your certificate of completion, simply log into your account and click on the certificate that you are choosing to reprint. You will then be able to print your certificate whenever you like.
Does CEUs OnDemand accept purchase orders or checks?
No. We accept all major credit cards.
Do you have a printed product catalog?
Because our product offerings are constantly changing, we do not have printed catalogs. Our online product store is continuously updated with our newest titles.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind about a subscription?
For the 1-YR and 2- YR plan, you have 15 days to request a refund if you have not completed any courses (other than the free course). For the Lifetime, you have 30 days if you have not completed any courses (other than the free course). Please send us an email at admin@ceus-ondemand.com with your name, email, and order number and we will let you know our decision.
